will be required to keep your project on schedule and to budget.
In it's simplest form, Project Management will involve putting
together a plan of required activities - your schedule of works.
In a more complex project, it will involve complete co-ordination
and daily control of all tasks, risks, finances, contractors,
regulations, authorities, designers and architects, purchasing and
day-to-day problem solving for your project.
Finch Projects can manage a project on your behalf. We have
qualified project management practitioners
who can dedicate as much or as little time as required to your
project to ensure it delivers on time and on budget.
A project manager will be on site regularly - usually daily - to
keep you informed about progress and will also contact you regularly
to ask questions or to seek clarification. A project manager
will inform you about activities on the 'critical path' which
must be completed on time to avoid any changes to the schedule.
