Before...

The Solution Design

• Eco materials: Insulated Plasterboard, Wool Insulation, Untreated and Borotreated Timber, Eco Paints, Double Glazed Windows, Reclaimed Bricks
• Local suppliers used where possible
• Project Management by Finch Projects
• Victorian style materials where possible, e.g. sash window design and exterior cast iron style waste pipes

The Work Involved

• Production of plans, engage with Building Control and suppliers
• Gut out renovation to floor joists, bare brick walls, removal of stud walls
• Create new stud wall between bathroom and bedroom, to increase bathroom size
• Insulate floors, walls and ceilings
• Dry line walls and ceilings, then plaster
• Install new windows, architraves and skirting
• Paint both rooms
• Fit new bathroom suite and recessed bathroom cabinet
• Install new soil and waste pipes
• Handover to customer for finishing
