The Work Involved

• Identify paints and colours to match existing colour scheme
• Prepare all necessary surfaces with wire brushing and sanding, scraping and cleaning
• Perform any repairs required to soffits
• Perform any repairs required to render and concrete sills
• Prime all bare surfaces
• Paint soffits (2 coats), paint gutters, soil pipes and wastes (1 coat)
• Paint walls (2 coats), paint window frames (2 coats)
• Clear, sweep and remove all waste
