The Solution Design

• Panel fences to rear, with new solid access gate at side
• Panel fences on driveway
• New planting areas in rear yard

The Work Involved

• Erect fence on boundary line down driveway to suitable point
• Erect a single made-up fence panel beneath kitchen window
• Remove existing fence and erect new fence down side boundary to gate post
• Raise height of existing brick built gate posts and cap off
• Hang a new solid gate with latch and bolt
• Lift some paving slabs and create new planting areas at rear
• Dig over soil and improve with compost
• Plant shrubs and climbers in new planting areas
• Tidy, clear and remove all waste
