• As best as possible door must be protected from rot
• Outside to be a gloss colour, inside to be white

• 1930s door with oval glass obtained from reclamation centre
• Obscure glass replaced
• Gloss blue exterior

The Work Involved

• Sanding, repairing, filling, treating and priming the door
• Rebates and recesses prepared for ironmongery
• Replace the glass, cut to size
• Gloss painting to exterior
• Satin painting to interior
• Hang the door and make any adjustments
• Fit ironmongery
• Clear, tidy and remove all waste
