The Work Involved

• Clear all gutters at front and rear of property, check for leaks and repair as necessary
• Replace guttering around front porch/bay window
• Clear all downpipes and intermediate hoppers at front, side and rear of property
• Dig out from concrete and replace 2 downpipes with hoppers on side of property
• Make good any render damage existing near downpipes or caused by replacement
• Clear 2 silted soak-away drains at front of property
• Check underground pipe work from side of house to manhole cover is free flowing
• Repair and re-set dislodged bricks at top of manhole chamber
• Tidy debris, sweep and remove all waste
