• Stripping off all damaged lining paper
• Double treatment of bleach wash on damaged walls
• Application of damp seal on to damaged walls
• Sealing areas of new plaster on walls and ceiling
• Repair and re-assemble timber pelmet and add decorative trims
• Lift floorboards, create shuttering and lay cement to corner of fireplace hearth
• Sand, prime and paint all new timber work
• Apply lining paper to affected walls
• Paint ceilings, plaster mouldings, walls, and woodwork
• Clear and remove all waste
