The Work Involved

• Remove all existing roofing felt from flat roof
• Remove water damaged roofing boards and replace sections accordingly
• Remove redundant internal roof hangers / brackets
• Re-felt garage roof, one base layer on roof surface and then top layer overlapping seams from bottom to top
• Seal joins with bitumen adhesive as required
• Clear and remove all waste
